DRUM LESSONS IN MAASTRICHT
At Kuma it is possible to receive drum lessons individually as well as in groups. You will learn to play drums with the help of specific textbooks supported by recordings, but there is also the opportunity to learn how to drum to your favorite music. The best thing is that you buy a drum set yourself. Your teacher can assist you with the necessary advice. In addition, it is also possible to practice in our rooms at times when there are no lessons and it is always possible to start as a drummer in one of the numerous bands that are currently participating in the band course, regardless of you already taking drum lessons.

My name is Bert Van Ende and I have been giving drum lessons and band lessons for years. Besides being a drummer, I am also interested in music production and songwriting and I am a fanatic listener of all kinds of music. I only started playing drums when I was seventeen, so I needed a few years of preparation at Rockschool De Til and Jazz studio in Antwerp, among others, before I could start at the conservatory in Leuven. I try to have enough space in my classes
Allow for input from the student, put playing together with music first and try to put as much variation as possible in my lessons and let pleasure in drumming prevail.
You can take drum lessons with me for a whole year, but you can also opt for ten lessons. A weekly 20-minute lesson will cost you 17 euros and a 30-minute lesson costs 25 euros, regardless of your age. Duo lessons are also possible, if a suitable student is available. A subsidy can also be requested for the lessons (see section “cashback”).
The lessons are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and a trial lesson is always possible.
